You can order the Extended Mattress Block.  We add industrial strength Velcro® to the ends of the Regular Mattress Block, so you can use two of them to fill that gap at the bed rail.  This helps to prevent residents from entrapping themselves between the mattress and the bed rail.

       The Extended Mattress Block is a 72" long by 6" high by 4" wide rectangle of firm, fire-resistant foam, covered with rugged, waterproof, reinforced vinyl fabric used on the regular Mattress Block.  The cover is mildew and bacteria resistant, and can be sanitized by wiping, just like a mattress.  Both the cover and the foam insert meet Cal 117 fire specifications.  Available in Gray or Brown.
